Back in action at last and quoting a long standing member of SBOC, "so good to be back running and see the other club members after all this time". The hailstones didn't put people off. The score event in Morriston Park led itself to many different route choices and this was the topic of conversation afterwards. Two runners took on the additional challenge of visiting the controls in order and gained the extra 20 points but had to cover the 8km in 45 minutes. Well done to Ben Mitchell for managing this in less than 40 minutes and to William Lake who also managed to complete all 25 in order, but finished outside the 45 minutes and losing points as a result. Full results Here. GB International Megan Carter-Davies used the event as a gentle warm up before she flies out to compete for Great Britain in the European Championships in Switzerland. We wish Megan all the best and hope she has good runs after what has been a frustrating and difficult year for her in terms of training and access to top quality events.

The next event is at Clyne Gardens on 12 May here before the Summer League starts in earnest in Clyne Valley on the 19th May.
