Iestyn Evans returned from the Christmas break to win the 3.4km course by just under two minutes from rival Tim Savill. Third place was top lady Margaret Reynolds just under 2 minutes behind Tim Savill. Megan Symons was the only runner on the Orange course but managed a respective time of 50 minutes...
