Swansea Bay Orienteering Club

SBOC were delighted to hear that after a long judges deliberation, that Brendan (the Bolt) Healy snatched the fastest sprint time for the run in at the Compass sport Cup final. He tied for first place with two M21s Jamie Parkinson and the reigning champion Murray Strain.
This late news rounded off a really successful venture by the club to Plymouth for the final.!

The club successfully saw off the challenges from the other Welsh clubs - SWOC and MWOC at Cwm Lickey, near Pontypool to win the eliminator round of the annual club cup competition. Winning by 10 points we are now in the final to be held in Devon on the 22nd October. Well done to all runners!
