Take the a474 from the Neath Abbey interchange on the A465. Turn right at the first roundabout and then follow sings for car parking / civic centre. The multistorey car park is adjacent to the civic centre

A canal skirts the town with several bridges and tunnels for interest.

Entries for members and non-members can be made via the SBOC website or directly through pre-entries.co.uk. Newcomers can hire SI cards through this service.

Safety Information

A risk assessment has been completed, but it should be noted that competitors take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.

• Low Bridges: Be aware of low bridges in the area that you may need to cross underneath. Mind your head.
• Neath Fair: There is a big fair taking place in the town so it will be pretty busy. Be mindful of members of the public, and don't take corners too fast.
• U16’s are to be accompanied by an adult.

Competitors are reminded that they are required to report to the finish and/or download once they have started a course, whether or not they have completed the course.

Photographs might be taken to promote the sport. Please let the organiser know if you do not wish to be included.

Medical Information

Any competitor with a high-risk medical condition is invited to contact the organiser beforehand and provide information in a sealed envelope at registration. Envelopes will only be opened if required for a medical emergency. Unopened envelopes can be collected from registration after your run or they will be destroyed immediately after the event.
